DMCA Policy

At Wallpix, we take the protection of intellectual property very seriously. We are committed to complying with the provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) and ensuring that any copyrighted materials are respected and protected on our platform. If you believe that your work has been copied, distributed, or used in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, this page explains how you can notify us and what steps we take in response.

1. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that any content available on Wallpix infringes your copyright, please send a formal DMCA notice. Your notice must include the following details:

  • Your full legal name, address, email, and phone number.
  • A detailed description of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed.
  • Exact URLs or links of the allegedly infringing content on Wallpix.
  • Proof of ownership or an authorization statement showing that you are allowed to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  • A clear statement under penalty of perjury that the information provided is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
  • Your physical or digital signature.

Send your DMCA notice to: wallpixhelp@gmail.com

2. Review and Removal of Content

Once we receive a complete and valid DMCA notice, we will review the claim promptly. If the complaint meets legal requirements, we may remove or restrict access to the content in question. In some cases, we may also notify the uploader and give them a chance to respond with a counter-notification.

3. Counter-Notification Process

If your content has been removed due to a DMCA complaint and you believe that it was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification. Your counter-notice must include:

  • Your full name, contact information, and signature.
  • Identification of the removed content and its original location before removal.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  • A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court for resolving the dispute.

After reviewing your counter-notice, we may restore the content unless the original complainant files a court action within a specified time period.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

Wallpix reserves the right to terminate or suspend accounts of users who repeatedly upload infringing content. We encourage users to upload only original works or properly licensed materials to avoid policy violations.

5. No Legal Advice

This DMCA policy is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice. If you are unsure about your rights or obligations under the DMCA, you should seek advice from a qualified attorney.

Wallpix is dedicated to maintaining a fair, safe, and creative digital environment for photographers, designers, and content creators worldwide.
